I am a Bachelor of Administration graduate and currently a research assistant for the University of the Free State’s Office for International Affairs as well as a Post Graduate Diploma student in Governance and Political Transformation.

I am interested in broadening my horizons in a different work environment that encourages one to break out of their comfort zone through tasks of varying levels of complexity. I am further interested in a job that will require creative thinking, problem-solving, computer literacy, verbal and written communication, working under pressure, and teamwork for these are a few of my dimensions of strength.

I possess the ability to work under pressure on one task in a calm and focused manner. As an individual that has been exposed to various organisations that require teamwork, I have acquired the ability and skill to lead and follow complex team dynamics. These skills have aided me with the ability to maintain high levels of individual and team performance by driving the achievement of goals, targets, and financial objectives of an organisation. Furthermore, exposure to these working environments has equipped me with a high working morale, which enables me to adhere to the rules and regulations of the organisation, and to follow instructions to limit the risk of non-compliance to the business.

• Research assistant for internationalisation at the University of the Free State, which required administrative support i.e, report writing, minute taking in internationalisation committees, research on international collaborations and comprehensive internationalisation.
• South Africa Sweden University Forum (SASUF) national student network coordinator, which requires the oversight and chairpersonship of 26 South African member universities, chairing student network meetings, organising national and international conferences, management of the student network' website.
• Research Assistant for Internationalisation at Home, which required coordination and advising of international student organisations and leadership structures at the University of the Free State. 
• Teaching Assistant at the University of the Free State's Centre for Teaching and Learning, which required marking of first year students' assessments, record keeping, success coaching and mentorship, conducting classes, and attending meetings to establish improved methods of teaching and learning.
• Student Representative Council (SRC) member for International Students, which necessitated the facilitation of a positive relationship between international students, and the university's management, representation and advocacy for international students, supervising the council's executive committee, and letter and memorandum scripting. 

Post Graduate Diploma in Governance and Political transformation. I am currently pursuing this degree at the University of the Free State, and will be completed in December 2023.

Bachelor of Administration, majoring in Industrial Psychology. This degree was completed with the University of the Free State in the year 2021.
