My name is Simiso Jili I'm a young qualified chef I currently work at Thanda safari 5 star lodge, I'm a person who like to learn and have different experiences, I have a eager to grow in my career and my biggest wish is to have an experience of working in a cruise ship.
I started as a trainee now I'm qualified, I had a good experience at Thanda Safari lodge, I learnt a lot as a Chef for 3 years and I also did food and Beverages for 6 months.
All these past years I worked very hard to achieve city and guids, professional cookery culinary arts and Higher certificate in food and Beverages, I studied in one of the best culinary school The international Hotel School.
