I am currently working part time as a Project Manager for The Food Room assisting with various projects including Recipe Development for Checkers aswell as a Recipe Book for Kerala, a privately owned Estate and fine dining catering for White Dessert in Antarctica.
Prior to this I was freelancing as a Creative Project Manager for a well established Cape Town based catering company called Dish Food & Social. I oversaw all creative and planning aspects of this successful and fast growing business by fashioning new innovative ways of presenting food, creating personalised menus, facilitating packing lists and maintaining quality service.
I am driven, hard working, passionate and a team player. I pride myself on going above and beyond to produce a very high standard of work that is done efficiently and timeously. And I always, always pour my heart and soul into everything I do.
