Duties

• Answering and recording telephone and radio calls.
• Log vehicle defects on daily report.
• Prepares memorandum for approval and capturing/registration /de-registration.
• Assisting delegating mechanics of repair to be completed.
• Creating , amending and closing of jobcards.
• Provide typing service for general meetings, print, copy, file and distribute documentation (hard copy and electronic).
• Assist with compiling timesheets and overtime calculation of staff.
• Compile report on staff leave.
• Assisting in Coordinating the Workshop staff Annual General Meetings.
• Compile monthly report, workshop pool vehicle utilization and defects.
• Perform pre- inspections on workshop pool vehicles to identify possible defects and failures.
• Validating the received documents for registration and or de-registration of Municipal transport operators and their vehicles.
• Generating shopping carts on Teraterm system, purchase requisition and ensure continuous delivery of materials and PPE required by staff.
• Assist stores with stock count, ordering of oils, cleanup activity and weekly report.
