• Offload deliveries from trucks using forklift
• Check delivery notes against physical stock for quantity, damage, correct items
• Capture goods received into the system and label stock for the shelves
• Report shortages, overages, or damaged goods to the buyer/manager
• Pack stock onto shelves/bin locations in an organized way
• Keep stockroom clean, safe, and compliant with safety regs
• Do daily/weekly cycle counts and monthly stock takes
• Rotate stock using FIFO so old stock doesn't expire
• Pick orders from the system for contractors, branches, or walk-in customers
• Pack items securely for transport so nothing breaks
• Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and waybills
• Hand over orders to drivers or customers and get signatures
• Assist sales floor staff with finding stock quickly
• Answer basic customer queries about product location/availability
• Load/unload customer vehicles when needed
• Report low stock levels so reorders can happen
