• Doing home visits for patients who have been started on TB treatment
- Screen all the contacts of TB clients in the household and collect their sputum to be tested
- Refer all the under 5 years children who are contacts of TB client to the clinic for TPT
- Refer the client who cant afford to have food during TB treatment for NSP

• Triaging the patient according to the colour codingcif there’s any abnormalities report to the RN
- Catheter care
- Promote personal hygiene
- Monitor intake and output
- Escorting the patient around the hospital
- Helping with feedings of Patients
- Documentations
- Monitoring Oxygen
