Sindi Mlangeni

I am Sindi Mlangeni, holder of Bachelor of Education in intermediate phase degree measuring in English home language, Social sciences and life skills. I home a 120 hours TEFL Certificate that greatly shaped me into delivering English lessons to my students. I have a 4 years experience in the teaching field.

I am very passionate about helping and guiding students into knowing the language well and advocate into becoming positive towards the languages. For the past year, I have been working as an assistant teacher in one of the school in the location and I am proud to say I've seen the improvement in Language to all the grades I have taught.

I have 5 years of experience in the teaching field as an English home language, Social sciences and life skills teacher. For the past year, I have been working as a Teacher assistant at Walter Sisulu Primary school in Olievenhoutbosch. It was a great experience as I got to engage more with learner who their home language is not English.

It was educational and fun for both sides. Recently, I have been working as a stand in teacher in one of the most prestigious schools in the Free State. I worked there for 5 months and I can safely say that the experience I gained there gave me another perspective of teaching and learning as I was teaching from grade 5 to grade 12.

As I have already mentioned being a Bachelor of Education in intermediate phase degree holder. I recently passed my TEFL Certificate and it was awarded to me three months ago. This year, I am pursuing my houners degree in curriculum development and management under B. Ed.
