• Facilitate the invitation process from suppliers on the database.

• Carry through technical evaluations.
• Price and B-BBEE
• Attend bid information sessions to provide potential bidders with relevant information pertaining to bid conditions and evaluation process.
• Attend to client’s queries.
• Price negotiations
• Responsible for invitation of tenderers
• Responsible for the compilation of tender documents
• Responsible for tender information sessions and site inspection
• Responsible for tender advertisements
• Responsible for the calculation of tender comparative prices and allocation of preferential points
• Responsible for preparing a procurement memo to the tender committee.
• Responsible for letters to successful & unsuccessful tenderers
