I, Sinovuyo Magwebu, hereby apply for the above-mentioned position. I believe that much of my knowledge and experience makes me a suitable candidate for this position, some of which I will briefly outline below.

I am diligent, well-balanced young woman with a cheerful disposition. I always strive to execute tasks in the most effective manner possible. I am attentive to detail, and I am always willing to go the extra mile to produce quality work. I work well in a team, but I am also not afraid to assume a leadership role when the situation requires it.

The LLB program, with its strict and demanding deadlines has taught me the valuable skills of effective planning and time management, whilst being able to produce quality work.

I started my professional career in October of 2021 at BLC Attorneys as a receptionist in the conveyancing department . The work that I did entails the following: Loading new matters on Lexis Convey; Handing in matters that are up for prep at the deed’s office; Assisting with registrations and doing accounts.

I then went onto commence my articles at the same firm in April 2022 and served as a candidate attorney for 8 months. During my time as a candidate attorney in the conveyancing department , I assisted with signing of transfer and bond documents with clients as prepping of deeds for lodgement .

I currently hold the position of being a junior examiner at the Office of the Registrar of Deeds . This includes a thorough analysis and checking of deeds .
