I have been working in the Call center industry for almost 7 years now. During this time I have had a pleasure of supporting both domestic and international clients. From the time I worked at CCI I have started and launched 3 campaigns which were very successful and till this day are still with CCI. I believe that I have had the most diverse experience gained through supporting different clients.

I have recently obtained Quality Management systems and Human resources diploma. This would help in knowing how to interaction with people and how to handle complex situations.
