I worked as 1st line Technician at Cell C in Johannesburg. in this position I was responsible for Troubleshooting network connection on Laptop, Cell Phone, Modems and Routers. Uninstalling/Installing software on devices, Backups on external drives and on Clouds. Troubleshooting malfunctioning devices, technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity.
