Customer enquiries-To enhance customer service for all housing offices To enhance customer service-Liaise with staff of outside Housing Offices in respect of debtors dunning and the housing.Debt management policy and processes.Collection of monies-Communicate with Existing Housing debt management team on leases extracted and house visits conducted daily.Co-ordinate the collection and filing of leases required by attorneys for serving of summons daily.Deal with correspondence received from attorneys and collecting agent regarding the collection of arrears daily, assist with collating and preparing qualitative and quantitative information for inclusion into specific statutory reports.
Collate information to be used as evidence in court in the collection of arears
‘Update debt management information and data on specific within the SAP system
Maintain and update various billing data of customers in the SAP system
