• Testing all milk for butterfat, protein, solids non fat using a milk-o-scan
• Testing milk for freezing point using a cryoscope
• Testing pasteurized and UHT milk for proper pasteurization and homogenisation by using spectroscopy
• Testing for pH and acidity in juices using an autotitrator and sugar content using a Brix meter
• Testing of cleaning chemical for their strength by titration

• Analysis and testing of water samples for pH and conductivity
