I am a Capsicum Culinary Studios 3rd year student looking to improve and expand my culinary skills.
I have done internships in a 5 star restaurant called Muse in Port Elizabeth. I have also been a junior sous Chef, an Assistant Baker, Probationary Head chef and now i am currently a small Café Manager.
I have completed the first 2 years of the Advanced Culinary Arts Program: 1st year, Professional Chef and Cookery (Hot and Cold); 2nd year, Professional Patisserie.
