- Ensuring the polling station is set up properly and ready for voting

- Ensuring the security and confidentiality of the voting process
- Helping to resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the election • Following all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to the election.

- Assisting with the maintenance and updating of voter registration databases
