I am a qualified Agricultural Technician with over 7 years' supervisory and management experience. My experience includes technical skills mentoring, leadership, strategies planning, health, and safety management and biosecurity control. I possess extensive experience in stockmanship, creativity and people management.

As farm manager I also acted as Production Manager where I oversee 7 breeder broiler farms. I am a hands-on manager with a drive to break performance records with good stockmanship and leadership.
