Complete monthly bills on given portfolio on a monthly basis, attend to client queries over the phone and email. Attend to scheme requirements on given portfolio such as claims, payments and refunds due to scheme.

• Working with employee benefits, using excel based formulas to investigate and calculate the changes in membership, rates, premiums paid are correct and create excel spreadsheets on results on a monthly basis

Service monthly schedules received from employer on given funds. Complete monthly maintenance on the allocated funds through excel based formulas on the changes made by the employer for the current month. Complete member changes on the fund, check if amount deposited matches schedule submitted, check member rates and premiums received if they are correct.

• Process all changes on given retirement funds after confirmation with employer and invest paid premiums towards respective funds within SLA
• Communication with employer or broker on all fund related queries and processes to be completed
• Attend to all fund related services such as movements within funds, rate changes and fund related processes for each given fund
