Service Level supervision. Analysing and reviewing intraday performance, highlighting reasons for under/over performance and taking actions to improve performance. Understanding and reporting on call drivers, working closely with the operational team to understand reasons for customer contact. Assist in co-ordination of any on the day offline requirements for example training and coaching to ensure Service Level is not impacted and required training is delivered.
I did my Matric in 2012 at Inkamana high school and studied further at Majuba TVET college doing chemical engineering then also studied Personal Assistant studies at National Computer College.
