I am a consultant at Kulula Cash loans for almost 2 years now and my work is all about : Client Onboarding - Assist new clients with the loan application process, gather required documents, and ensure completion of all necessary paperwork.
Loan Processing -Review loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and make recommendations for approval or denial.
Loan Structuring - Work with clients to create personalised loan structures that meet their needs and ensure affordability.
Loan Disbursal - Facilitate the disbursement of loan funds to approved clients.
Planning - Work with clients to create repayment plans and schedules.
Default Management - Identify and manage potential defaults, working with clients to find solutions and minimize losses.
Reporting and Analysis - Provide insights and analysis on loan performance, client behaviour, and market trends to inform business decisions.
Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
I finished my matric at Ebusi Combined School in 2016 and Graduated at Durban university of technology in 2021 where I was doing Cost and management accounting.
