I have a 4-year collective of contractual experience working in the IT industry , specifically QA testing. Where I have gained extensive knowledge of the products your company produces. I am confident that this experience combined with my personal skills and a strong desire to help produce quality products that stand out from the competition, makes me an excellent candidate for this job.
As a proud geek and lover of games on all platforms. I have outstanding people skills and I get along with everyone so I work well as part of a team but I am also highly motivated so I can work independently to get the job done. I know how to manage my time wisely and I have the ability to stay organized to ensure testing of the top priority software comes first while working the rest in by the deadlines.
I have the knowledge to understand the testing process and to learn how to perform them correctly in order to look for problems that could hinder the performance of the product or that pose a safety hazard for the user. However i am a novice in the field and would like to know if you offer training for beginners/intermediate? I know how vital it is to the success of the company to ensure that all products are 100 per cent ready for consumer use before releasing them to the market.
I also have 3 years of account management in various fields. I have managed to clear debt of R12 million (South African Rands) in a period of 2 years. Increased a list of new clientele by 40% (considering the industry and pandemic at the time) . Overall keeping existing clientele happy and financially secure. It is a tough and oversaturated industry, considering we are based in the business hub of the country, but still managed regardless of many obstacles.
