I have over five years of experience in the following:
I offer legal consultant services and I am currently employed at Hollywoodbets as a Compliance and Legal advisor. I have 7 years’ experience in reviewing and drafting contracts, as well as 5 years’ experience in compliance.
My current role consists mainly of contract review, drafting and negotiation. I also provide legal advice to the business as and when required. My position is a senior position, so I work unsupervised and all contracts used are templates created by myself.
I have been appointed as the POPI Champion and Chairperson of the POPI Committee. I am fully responsible for ensuring POPI Compliance for the Hollywoodbets Group.
In addition, I was previously employed as a Legal Mediator at LIPCO, this role exposed to me to daily consultations with clients as well as experience in resolving matters through ADR.
I have experience in using the following systems for contract management, signing, reporting, general work management etc. • Mfiles • SharePoint • DocuSign • Docuware • Greenbox
