About

I am employed in the Maintenance & Engineering Department, which is responsible for maintaining and optimising plant systems and equipment to ensure stable production. I started out at the company as an apprentice / In- service Trainee, but once I qualified and due to my good performance, I attained the position of Electrical Artisan (Maintenance section)

Management of machine spares in area of responsibility
Tracking of periodical maintenance and scheduled work
Maintaining and optimising plant systems and equipment
Fault-finding and problem solving on major breakdowns
Involvement in upgrades and new equipment
Contractor supervision
Recurring Problem investigation and permanent countermeasure
Commissioning of new systems.
Ensuring Continuous Improvement
Training and human development of junior artisans and trainees

Moreover, I work well in a team, with impeccable time management skills, ensuring to always meet deadlines.
