I am sphamandla hadebe from Umlazi In Durban. I’m 28 years old and I have overall 3 to 3 and a half years of call centre experience. I’ve done both inbound and outbound customer service and also a upselling in the process.
I’m very passionate about everything that I do and I always give it my all to ensure that I get a satisfactory result. I am a team player and I get along well with everyone. I am very fluent in English both written and verbally and I am very well spoken.
I’ve been exposed to Team leader duties and I’ve also been seconded in my previous company where I was tasked with managing my team during our Team Leader’s leave of absence.
