I am a hard-working person with strong Technological background. I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (Software Development) from Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology. I have knowledge of Technical Support, System Support and Network Support.

I have an Experience of managing various softwares and licenses of office 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft windows and server, Active Directory, and a basic of network troubleshooting and setup. I also have knowledge of SAP system, SQL server management ( Databases). I adapt easily to the new environment and changes.

I have a strong interpersonal skills. I have an Experience of working as a ICT System Support from Social development department under 2 years contract.

I have acquired excellent skills in Technical support, system support and network support. I managed various softwares and licenses of office 365, Microsoft Azure,......… I have always dealt with enquiries from stakeholders, clients, staff members and I feel that I have excellent communication skills and ability to learn new things that help me uptrend my IT skills and critical thinking
