• 8 years project studies and consulting experience such as concept, pre-feasibility, feasibility studies, bankable feasibility studies and due diligence. 
• 15 years of mineral resource estimation and competent/qualified person experience in chrome, PGM’S, gold, and manganese. 
• 6 years of direct financial modelling, cashflow, NPV, IRR, Initial Capital, Ongoing Capital, and project value chain finance experience.
• 6 years of mining rights application experience.
• 16 years of managing exploration drilling programs in the Bushveld and Kalahari geological formations as well as Arabian Shield (Saudi Arabia), Mozambique (Cabo-Delgado) including managing budgets and contractor management. Drilling management of 150 000m of diamond drilling with PQ, HQ and NQ.
