My name is Stephanie Magrath. I am a qualified teacher - I have a Postgraduate Certificate of Education in teaching. I also have an MSc in Paediatrics. I worked for over a year as a homeschool teacher in Juno Aurora Haven and I have worked in two other schools. I have been tutoring students of all ages part-time for the past eight years.
I am passionate about teaching and working with children. I love helping inspire students to love learning and to overcome challenges. I am conscientious, dedicated and motivated. Making learning fun and interactive is very important to me and I do this using visual aids, props, games and different learning techniques. Every student learns differently and so I adapt my teaching to suit the individual student’s needs when dealing with a student one-on-one.
