Hi, I'm Steph. I've been working in the advertising industry for over 10 years. I'm an optimistic problem-solver, working from concept development through to creative roll-out. I'm a Creative Director with a strong foundation in integrated campaigns and a growing specialisation in internal communications, focused on turning internal messaging into engaging, human-centred storytelling that drives culture, alignment, and employee engagement at scale.
I've played a key role in shaping internal brand expression for many brands, most recently the likes of Standard Bank, co-developing internal CI with their branding partners to ensure consistency and relevance. I've led multiple campaigns, some of which have been recognised with Gold, Silver, Bronze and finalists across multiple awards. I'm passionate about human storytelling and delivering work that resonates both internally and externally.

As a Creative Director I led the creative direction of integrated campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, strategically aligned work. Managed and mentored multidisciplinary teams, partnered with clients, and drove ideas that delivered both brand impact and business results. This resulted in 3 Gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze Assegai awards for Standard Bank, as well as a bronze Loerie for Old Mutual.
