• Worked with cashbook clerks > managed my portfolio by doing daily data capturing. Did month to month bank reconciliations and cashbook reconciliations as per deadline. Processed inter-company billings and that invoices are sent to debtors. Recorded banking by the different entities in my portfolio.
• Worked with creditors clerk > requested statements from suppliers. Captured invoices from suppliers. Did creditors reconciliations to ensure payments to suppliers are processed on time. Did cashflow to allocate funds for suppliers to be paid week to week.
• Worked with the fixed asset clerk > captured month to month fixed assets acquisitions. Did monthly depreciations and disposals and relevant journals. Did asset verification and labeling for the different entities under JMH.
• Worked with assistant accountants > captured month to month journals. Did the relevant Costing for management monthly. Did reconciliations of loan accounts.
• Did month and year end stock count.
