Suzan Mobeng

I manage all IT business projects to ensure that they are implemented within budget, on time and within scope.

I am also responsible for managing the company’s internal/ external projects using the different project management methodologies and frameworks within a defined service and products under the supervision of the CEO. I have extensive experience in Project Management and would like to pursue a career as a Programme Director in the near future, once I have obtained the relevant experience. My short-term goal would be to find employment in an organization that has strong appreciation of my technical abilities and seeks to develop its labour force. I believe that with business studies as my major course and my great exposure to technology, I would be of a great benefit to any organisation.

The career I have chosen has been very challenging and demanding, which has given me the ability to work under pressure and excel in stressful situations. I’m a very competent, innovative, persuasive, customer focused, assertive, professional, self-confident, reliable, driven and dedicated individual.

My eagerness to learn of everything that’s relevant has put me where I am today. I fully commit to my work and my determination helps me to adapt to every situation I find myself in. I have excellent people skills and a strong ability to work within a group as well as independently.

I have various qualifications in business and project management. I am currently studying a Diploma in IT, with plans to become a scrum master and to be certified in change management.
