I was able to get an opportunity in 2024 September which i became an intern in Ianet Group which is a ISP company in a duration of a year under MICT SETA internship. I am very determined, driven, open to knowledge, and humble to learn more from the company's services and professionals.
I learnt over the years of studying that team work and collaboration. Is the best medicine in achieving and completing the company's mission and our goals. I also learnt that in whichever position you can be in life whether good or bad you must always stay a student to learn from your mistakes and grow and help others grow.

Motivated and Detailed Oriented Networking Intern with hands on experience in router provisioning and troubleshooting network devices, supporting day to day IT operations such as customer registration or fault resolution, assisting in maintaining secure and efficient network infrastructure such as OLT support in estates. The ability to collaborate with an IT team, ticket handling from customer fiber faults or registration or enquiries, and also reporting and documentation in network changes. Passionate on learning emerging networking technologies and contributing to reliable IT Environments.
