I am a dedicated and passionate teacher who loves what I do. I bring forth a motivated attitude and a variety of powerful skills, my teaching philosophy is that all children are unique and need a stimulating environment where they can grow emotionally, physically, socially and mentally. It is my goal to create this type of environment for my students to help them reach their full potential.
I am currently the foundation phase teacher at a school and I teach grade R and 3,I teach them all of their subjects (English, Mathematics, Afrikaans and Life skills).My key-roles are to create stimulating and fun lesson plans , set and mark test papers, set the yearly syllabus and engage with parents to answer questions and update them on their child's progress throughout the year.
I have a TEFL 120hour certificate and I am currently studying part-time to obtain my level 4 ECD qualification.
