I successfully completed my BA in psychology through UNISA in 2016 and am busy completing my Honors.
A business is 100% people, which makes it important for me to understand people to remain relevant in an ever-changing environment while positioning the business for success. In 2021 I completed the Stellenbosch University Business Management Program to align my people skills with my business skills.
Resilient optimist – I have a positive perspective on life and seek out opportunities and responsibilities that will allow me to learn, grow and empower. I thrive on working independently, as part of a team, and in competitive environments to achieve business objectives.
Creative thinker – I am an innovative thinker and master new techniques easily and understand information quickly. I am a broader-picture thinker and am able to convert this into strategies, effect operations and processes to secure success.
Responsible collaborator – Teams I’ve worked with previously enjoy working with me and consider me trustworthy, ethical, and a promise keeper. I create an environment that supports my colleagues in their objectives and encourages participation and collaboration with empathy.
