Establishing, maintaining, and growing a client base
Calculating, drawing up and submitting client quotations (own and on management’s behalf)
Designing air-conditioning and ventilation systems
Advising clients as to the best suited application
Opening and monitoring job cards
Costing of projects (up to R35 million)
Working in conjunction and liaising with builders, architects, and contractors to co-ordinate projects / installations from inception to completion to ensure client’s complete satisfaction
Following up with after sales courtesy calls to ensure that the client is happy with their purchase and the workmanship.
Placing orders with suppliers for all equipment for projects; and containers for shipping equipment abroad
Servicing clients and dealing with queries (own and on management’s behalf)
Corresponding with clients, management, suppliers, shipping company and other stakeholders telephonically and in writing (per e-mail)
Scheduling packing lists and completing commercial invoices for international shipping purposes
Travelling to site for site visits (locally and internationally)
Arranging all administration for overseas contracts
Acting as PA to Directors
Creditors / Debtors (Pastel & JobSys)
Other ad hoc duties, as and when required
Service & Maintenance Manager
Microsoft Office (Word, Internet Explorer, Excel, PowerPoint).
Sales training – Level 2 product sales
Installation training – Level 2 Installations Multi V, Multi FDX & Splits
