The main purpose of the position is to schedule fitments for technicians (all inclusive). To contribute daily to our mission of earning the reputation that we provide all our clients and partners with superior quality technology and information supported by first rate service. The incumbent must uphold our promise to clients that we go beyond the expected.

• Pull reports (Health checks) and notify the responsible Account Manager (AM) to have this addressed with the Client.
• Capture and schedule fitment, repairs & DE/RE's as requested.
• Reschedule appointments where necessary and as indicated by the responsible AM.
• Ensure that all proof of requested work is attached in CAMS.
• Notes in CAMS to be kept up to date.
• Complete the Availability report for De Beers on a weekly basis (Friday) to be sent to the manager to issue to the clients.
• Be available to technicians throughout the day in order to co-ordinate any changes that may occur and to ensure that fitment success is achieved.
