Recruitment Specialist, Learning & Development & Life Coach

• Review resumes/applications to identify suitable candidates. 
• Advertise open positions on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit. 
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers Conduct in-person interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers. 
• Perform reference and background checks on selected/shortlisted candidates. 
• Complete the setup process for new hires, including coordinating orientation totals.
• Facilitate assessments & maintain, manage a database.
• Drafting of contracts both internal & external staff
• Handover to payroll – New Hire documentation/Internal Data
• Provide support to HRBP & internal customers.
• Maintain stats/reports.
• Coordinate & manage on-boarding.
