- Clearly understand full Training Cycle –. Analysis - this is where a Training Needs Analysis is performed. Design - design the training framework (model). Development – develop the framework into a training product (courseware). Implement – deliver the training. Evaluation – in each stage of the process, evaluation and audit trails are necessary.
