I started at TFG on 26 July 2021 and in the year and half I worked for the menswear brands I was instrumental in both the turnaround and the growth of the Markham and Relay Jeans business.
In 2020/21 we grew by 47.7% and 2022/23 we are currently growing at 14.7% which is a big ask in this economic climate.
When I started with the team, we had a team of 3 including my line manager. There were very limited processes and procedures in place and there was very little visibility of the business performance to the management team. My line manager and I set about putting processes and procedures in place. I created a process and a sample trackers so that we could collaborate better with the merchandise teams. This in turn improved the online availability numbers, one of our key KPI's. We went from 85% to 95% on average for online availability.
I also assisted with training our new team members and our team finally grew to 8 including my line manager.
I am most proud of the work I did on our first Black Friday & Cyber Monday in 2021, I ran all the site preparation and promotion set up and take down, which was very intricate and it changed daily. We achieved growth that year of 90% on 2020, which was exceptional for eCommerce.
I was involved in the daily work flow for the site population and maintenance. I prepared weekly reports that were sent to the management team in collaboration with our planner.
