To whom it may concern In my current roles, I have the responsibility to execute the strategy of the procurement,
logistics & strategic sourcing divisions in Africa & Asia Pacific as well as execute the strategy for supplier diversity in the Europe, Africa & Middle East region. My team is spread across Africa & Asia in 9 different countries and supports Corteva’s activities in over
12 countries on the African continent and 5 countries in Asia. My team leverages a global scale and footprint to ensure the highest return possible on every rand spent and create customized solutions tailored to the business’ needs.
I have 15+ years’ experience in Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics which spans across several industries including pharmaceutical production, veterinary production, retail sales & marketing and agriculture. I work across various levels of business stakeholders, country and region leaders, and external partners to provide operational excellence in support of the company’s purpose.
My experience is across all towers in Procurement and Supply Chain from: Direct, Indirect and Logistics, with the majority of my experience being in contract manufacturing, raw materials, packaging and supply chain.
I have led several projects across the various organizations including reducing risk on production activities, improving margin expansion and supporting on R&D growth strategies.
In my latest role, I led a project for the sale of company owned warehouses to a more streamlined 3PL strategy.
