I am a Specialist Legal Advisor and admitted Attorney who is currently managing 140 Client Portfolio matters. I have acquired sound knowledge of the law in general and the interpretation thereof and specialize in areas of civil litigation, consumer law, protection orders, labour law and motor vehicle claims, Lease contracts, debt reviews, and foreclosures.

I am Managing approximately 140 client portfolio matters and am therefore accustomed to working in an extremely fast-paced, high-pressure environment whilst still producing work which meets the standards set by my superiors.

• Assess matters relating to civil litigation, consumer law, protection orders, labour law and motor vehicle claims
• Attending to draft and respond to legal correspondence/documents on behalf of clients. 
• Drafting of contracts
• Administration of claims according to prescribed procedures. 
• Provide telephonic advice and assistance to clients and ensure that the legal advice given to clients is both accurate and relevant
• Assisting with complicated and/or escalated complaints/claims of clients.
• Lead efforts within the foreclosures department for Standard Bank
• Default judgement applications
