My recent role is Travel Consultant / Travel Coordinator
Coordinating accommodation, conference, and travel bookings for clients.
Liaising with hotels, venues, transport providers, and suppliers.
Preparing quotations, invoices, vouchers, and travel documentation.
Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
Organizing group travel, conferences, meetings, and site inspections.
Handling booking amendments, cancellations, and travel-related queries.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
I completed my matric at Springs Secondary School.
I completed my N6 in travel and tourism at ekurhuleni east Tvet college.
I have an experience in Amadeus but do have Amadeus certificate. I’m currently at Munghana Travel as an intern.
