I interact with clients on a daily basis. As such, I have been afforded the skill of building and maintaining professional relationships, based on integrity, trust and loyalty.
My core responsibilities required me to be telephonically available as the first line of support. I worked very closely with clients on a daily basis, assisting with telephonic and mailed queries.
