Provide necessary appropriate documentation to site managers/contracts managers for appointment of new employees.
● Ensure that completed documentation required for successful take on of new employees is obtained from site and checked, if completed correctly and that all required supporting documentation has been received. Once all the documentation has been checked, the contract has to be signed by the operations director.
● Capture leave forms on the VIP and maintain leave modules, Monthly circulation to all sites of leave reports.
● Provide necessary documentation to site- managers in case of termination of service.
● Handle hourly paid employees benefit funds (MIBFA)
● Liaise with site personnel in respect of employee transfers
● Provide Immediate feedback to the HR Manager with all the problems that arises from site and within the company
● Ordering of flowers for the stuff where necessary
● Providing birthday cards to the stuff

● Liaising with the Department of labour in forwarding of the
UI 19/UIF 27, UI 52 and certificate of service for all employees.
● Handling long service awards for the company.
