I am a hard working lady with good communication and writting skills, who pays attention to details and ensures accurate information is kept on the system. Whenever, I attend the Client's quiries, I make sure it's done effeciently and effectively within the service level agreement. I worked at Absa Bank from year 2009 July until year 2021 August. I have worked in various Departments such as Vehicle and Assets Finance Pre-Legal, Home Loans Pre-Legal and also Home Loans Legal as Client Liaison Officer. I have executed tasks and responsibilities such as contacting the Clients to make payment arrangement, sending instruction to the Attorneys to proceed with legal action on the accounts and also Chairing Attorneys monthly performance meeting.
I have obtained Diploma in Administrative Assistant at Boston Business College in year 2007 and in year 2021, I have obtained Higher Certificate in Banking Services Level 5 at Milpark College.
