Have been an RN for over seven years carrying for different types of patients of all age groups. Exceptionally skilled in working with nephrology patients, newly diagnosed and long term diagnosed. Compassionate and interact well will patients and colleagues. Deseret and respectful in all dealings with patients and staff. Patient admission under supervision of an RN. Providing comfort for mother and the child. Assisting the doctor with procedures. Preparing for theatre or radiology. Continuously monitoring of IV sites. Monitoring vital signs, therapy and hygiene.
Interpretation of bloods and ECG. Patient record keeping. Intravenous access. Carrying out doctors’ orders and medication prescription. Preparation for investigations. Educating patients and family. Providing CPR and counselling to patient and family members.
Supervision of junior staff members. Ensuring the unit runs smoothly. Organizing adequate staff
