I'm a entrepreneur with over 19 years experience in customer service in various business sectors such as fitness, aviation,banking and a journalistic background. My name is Thabang Kgopane I possess 20 years of customer care experience ranging from child care,receptionist, inbound and outbound call center, complaints and queries admistration,adhoc,quality assurance,product training of staff and community journalism. In 2019 I embarked on a entrepreneural journey and partnered with a long term colleague where we set up a start up delivery service in Tembisa which broadened my skills in organization,time management, people management, setting up and maintaining diaries and meetings,sharpening my Microsoft suite skills . Liasing with various stakeholders and running internships with the assistance of the department of labour's, logging timesheets and reporting on the progress of the participants for their internship duration.

I have a matric certificate obtained in 2004. In 2009bi graduated with a diploma in Journalism from Midrand Graduate Institute.
While working for FNB under Quest staffing solutions we were offered an opportunity to do a NQF LEVEL 4 BANKING qualification with SAQA IN 2011.
