As a flexi crew I worked everywhere or in every station in which my manager will assign me to. At McDonald's I will work as drink puller, bash cooker, frys person, presenter, assembler, initiator and many more, those are the skills I carry. This way I was able to gain a lot of experience, learnt everything that I needed to know.
I can say I'm a fast learner and hard working. I'm a very passionate and curious person, it's those two factors that drives me to work hard and want to know more about my job. I also love to learn and know the rules, laws or procedures and all other aspects that makes up my job which I believe they are the foundations of any work place.
Just few months in my work place I had achieved a lot. I had the opportunity to train few of the new crew members in almost every station. I worked graveyard shifts, that's were I also had the opportunity to learn a lot things. I also had the opportunity to work during inspection whereby in that situation managers get to vote who will be working on that particular day and I'm proud to say that my mangers voted for me, obviously because they knew that I had acquired major skills in my work.
I know the importance of customer service and service delivery which I believe they both depend on a good service time which is the most important aspect of every job
