I am an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in information technology, data analytics, and cybersecurity. I hold an N6 Diploma in Management Assistant, along with qualifications in IT Technical Support, CompTIA A+, and Cisco Junior Cybersecurity. My background includes administrative and IT support experience, where I developed strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

I am currently advancing my expertise as a cybersecurity learner, focusing on data analysis, digital safety, and network security, with the goal of contributing to innovative, tech-driven organizations.

I have over three years of combined experience in administration, IT support, and cybersecurity. I worked for 22 months as an Administrative Assistant Intern at Rand West City Local Municipality, where I managed data entry, recordkeeping, and office operations. I also have one year of experience as a Cybersecurity Learner at Shaper, where I gained practical knowledge in network security, threat analysis, and data protection.

In addition, my IT Technical Support background enhanced my ability to troubleshoot and maintain computer systems. My diverse experience has strengthened my analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, which I now apply toward advancing in the cybersecurity and data analytics fields.

I hold an N6 Diploma in Management Assistant, complemented by an IT Technical Support (NQF Level 4) qualification. I have also earned industry-recognized certifications, including CompTIA A+ and the Cisco Junior Cybersecurity certificate.
