Technical Output

Proactively participate in planning and design sessions
Create/Update/Refactor test cases
Engage with developers/PM's and UX
Identify risk and prioritize test cases - escalate to team lead
Get all information, attempt to exhaust all possible sources before the project starts
Plan and develop reusable maintainable artifacts
Create Mind maps & test cases and have team review sessions to go through them
Identify, prioritize create automatable test cases - to be used by automation engineer
Identify ways to reduce time when testing
Suggest alternative test tools for further investigations and findings
Identify potential bottlenecks during planning & execution
Participate in retrospectives and project reviews
Review missed/live issues and suggest improvements
Ensure updates from reviews are implemented
Conduct Web & application testing
Perform correct installation of application builds when testing
Be aware of multiple levels of testing staging, bridge verification testing, test flight and LIVE testing
Follow up on projects tickets & bugs to ensure its delivery
Logs and communicate defects using shortcut
Escalate high defects asap, especially before project sign-off
Proactively supports Team Lead / Manager
Proactively keep Team Lead / Manager notified on any delay of the tasks / project
Work towards team objectives
Follow prescribed standards & process
Suggests any improvement on current standards or process for the better
