Worked at Enlansvalei old age home working with bedridden residents, the ones with dementia and Alzeheimer. Checking their blood pressure and blood sugar. Giving out medication as prescribed by the senior nurse. I was bathing and dressing the residents and also helping the to eat.
I studied home based care, first aid level one and dementia and Alzeheimer at The South African Red Cross Society in Germiston.
