• Process suppliers invoices, petty cash and bank statements on monthly basis
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
• Assist with preparation of management accountants and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly VAT201 reconcile and EMP201
• Assist with preparing and submission of VAT to SARS
• Assist with preparation of Annual Financial Statement
• Compile annual budgets and forecast

• Full compliance with policy procedure and SCM regulations
• Database establishment, update and maintenance
• Ensure that all suppliers are used on the database
• Review database at least once a year by advertising on the newspaper
• Administration of Bids, opening of the tender document
• Support Bid committees as well as taking the minutes of the committee meetings
• Provide Secretariat support to the bid committee
• Produce the SCM reports
